Return Policy - | Skymount Drones

We accept returns for defective or unused products within 15 days of purchase. Eligible returns must be unused (unregistered), unopened and in the same packaging as you received it. Original packaging and anti-tamper seals must be intact. Some goods are exempt from returns: Propellers, Sale Items, Items marked as Final Sale, Special order items.  Additionally, digital products sold through our store are final sale and are not returnable/refundable at any time or for any reason. This includes but is not limited to DJI Care Refresh, ProRes and CinemaDNG activation licenses, DJI software licenses and other digital items.

Please contact us for an RMA number before returning a product. We will not accept returns without an RMA. Buyer pays return shipping fees back to Drone Shop Canada for unused items, we cover return shipping for defective items. 20% Restocking Fee applies on all items (except defective/warranty items). Minimum $15 fee applied.

No Refunds On Special Order Items, Crashed Drones, Activated Drones.
