Protect your Osmo Action 3 for up to 2 years with the DJI Care Refresh Plan. With the DJI Refresh users are offered 2 replacements on a 1 year plan (3 replacements on the 2 year plan) at a reduced cost.

Once activated, DJI Care Refresh are final sale.

DJI Care Refresh can be activated only on brand new products or products activated within 30 days.

If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh for a previously purchased product, your service agreement policy will be sent to you by email after you checkout.

DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage to the new DJI products during normal use for up to 24 months, and for an additional charge, will offer up to two full replacements that are new or equivalent to new. Visit the "DJI Care Refresh Official FAQ"  for further details.

Contact DJI Support by phone or email if requiring a replacement.  Requesting a replacement will incur a small service fee as outlined below. Note that the prices for North America are in USD.

In the NA region (Canada & US), for the 1- Year Plan,  the first time replacement fee is US $25, the second time replacement fee is US $39; and for the 2-Year Plan, the first time replacement fee is US $25, the second time replacement fee is US $39, and the 3rd time replacement fee is US $52.
